I got banned from taking Tap Research surveys because they said i did something fraudulant ...I sent them a message asking what i did wrong and no response !!!! Pretty sad and pathetic customer service !!! I did nothing wrong and deserve an explanation !!!

I've been with FC for 6 years and have always felt they were fair, honest and trustworthy. I would strongly recommend them! Fusioncash has always paid me and has many different ways to earn. Minimum to cash out is reasonable and if I ever have a problem, they always answer my support ticket. Tried and true!!

I just joined two months ago and have already received a payout. The surveys are great and you can easily earn the required $25 to cash out by doing the daily email, paid to click, surveys, forum bonus, etc. If you abide by the terms and conditions as stated on the website you will have NO problems with Fusion Cash. I highly recommend them!

This isn't a site for quick paying surveys. However, they have a lot of surveys to take when you also try the peanut labs survey they have listed. If you stick it out, you will be happy with your $25 PayPal reward. Also, they have the best referral incentive I've ever seen in a survey site. It's $1 per signup. If you don't mind waiting for your money to build up, sign up under me, evakinnaird80

They lowered that amount that you can earn through the sign ups. Also, they took the bonus from clicking websites away. This company is becoming greedy with their cheap service that they offer I would be embarrassed as a customer to continue using their site.

I have a payout pending and the site is unreachable via Chrome. I can access some of the site through Firefox, but that is limited. I am afraid since they are down I will not get my payout which is scheduled to happen on or after Dec 20, 2023. The email I am using is not the one I use for fusioncash. I was using an email for years and then get banned when they said I blocked them in which I didn't.

This company scams people. They owed me $48 and refused to pay me because I updated my profile which many companies allow you to do with no problem, so they wanted proof of who I was even after my home address, cell phone number and email were all verified. They use stupid little excuses not to pay so it's best not to get involved with them at all. Bad company!

They have totally abandoned fusion cash members. We have pending payments and they deduct money from our balance after a certain amount of days if not used. If there are no surveys that work to earn money on the website, how can we earn anything and cash out? Can cash out at $25. (if we reach it!) There is no customer service, no surveys. This company has been going downhill and if you decide to join, you will be wasting your time.

I WISH I could give this site a negative star, but I have to give something. WORST site in the survey world. They have promised forum bonuses for over a year now, so $36+ was stolen from us. Nothing. No customer service AT ALL!! It went from several kinds of surveys to about 3 and I am only able to do one kind. The site also takes earnings away after 180 days. Total waste of time when so many other sites actually pay you. Don't sign up.

After spending 100s of hours doing surveys & videos for them the refused to pay me out. I was refered by a friend and as most referals would go they ARE friends, neighbors, or family. Well me friend who refered me would be over watching tv, a survey would come up & he would get on his phone to do it. His phone is set to automatically connect to nearby wifi so it connected to my wifi. Now fusioncash.net is refusing to pay both of us for the work we did b/c we both used same ip address some times. I understand there are scammers out there & I understand why there is only 1 account per household. Both my friend & I offered to prove our identity & prove that we dont live @ same address. Fushioncash didnt care or even bother to try & resolve this. In todays world with ppl pinging wifi's &/or using someones wifi with or without their knowledge that clause in their terms should be eliminated. Also if they want to ban either 1 of us thats fine, but they should still pay us for the work we did.

I wasn't even on the site for a month and they restricted my account for no reason. Can't do anything now or even cash out. I tried sending a few messages, but no response.. not surprising!

Very hard to complete a survey which make it hard to reach $30 for cash out. I'm at $13.89 that $5 is sign up bonus. The past 2 weeks I have emailed them 3 times for tech help. The survey page & others will no longer load. It tells me to clear cookies which I have done several times. I have not heard back from them. I guess I will just loose out on the $13.89 since they are about to expire Dec 10th & there is no way to reach $30 before them. Awful communication. I seen where The BBB gave them a A rating which I would think that will drop.

My account was blocked for no reason. There is no way to contact them and no way to reactivate it. I am very disappointed with this site. It is a scam.

I wish there was a thing where in i could leave even no star because this company is a fraud.i had placed my order on the 4th of December. the order got confirmed.after that there has been no sign of thr products.i have sent two emails but no one has responded to it.please.avoid as they are only taking money from you
