I found this to be very firm holding my back and neck straight. I toss and turn when I sleep, and side sleeping was a challenge as it pulled on my side muscles to be elevated, but when laying on my back, it felt amazing. I do recommend this especially if you normally just sleep on your back. It is very well made and strong too. My Cat was not happy because he likes to sleep on my pillow, and here he had to sleep on top of my head! LOL

For breastfeeding, we can’t have the memory foam bc it sinks in too much and isn’t enough stability and support on the bed. This one is very sturdy and firm giving the best support to breastfeed and then also support sitting on the bed too holding the baby to digest. Using the low and long incline is the best for breastfeeding, and the cover is not sweaty at all and is so soft.

I regret the necessity to post a less than stellar review, as I had high hopes for this wedge pillow to assist my sleeping difficulty due to stuffy sinuses. Having just moved into a smaller home, I gave up my split king bed which elevated to allow me to breathe. Hoping to avoid the purchase a split queen, I tried this wedge pillow. Perhaps for others, it would be a godsend, but it is a poor substitute for what I am accustomed to. I find this pillow to be too hard, doesn't conform to my body, and the space where the pillow ends creates a gap between the pillow edge and the mattress. It's a very well made product. The quality appears evident. The outer surface fabric is soft and plush and the built in handle to carry it around was a carefully thought out touch. Unfortunately for me, it will not solve my problem. I plan to try another type of wedge pillow, but a softer one. If that doesn't work, I'll buy a split queen mattress. Thank you and better luck to others.

I love this wedge pillow. I had it on my wishlist for awhile but couldn’t bring myself to buy it because of the price. It went on sale so I took a chance and bought it. The quality is great - the cover is very soft. Some reviewers complain that this pillow is too hard. Indeed, it is very firm but I don’t think it would work well if it was soft and fluffy. I use other pillows on top of it. My girlfriend liked it so much we got a second one for her. Now, it the manufacturer would make a queen or king width - that would be even better.

Great for surgery recovery

I was looking for a cheaper alternative to regular clearly indicated 30° wedge pillows and I tried 2 other pillows before I found this one. It is very sturdy. Comfortable. And keeps me at the correct angle for recovery after my surgery. I can more easily push myself up with my legs on this one as well.
