Handmade Natural Stone Gemstone Pendants

PRODUCT DETAILS:
-This listing is for one necklace with one pendant.
-Pendants are only available as pictured. For example: The hearts graphic is only available on Pink Chalcedony, the snake graphic is only available on Emerald, the daisy on Pearl, etc.
-Each pendant is a natural stone, with a gold plated over sterling silver border. Exact striations, coloration, and size may vary. The size of each pendant is approximately 11-14mm.
-Necklace Chain is gold plated over brass.
-Each stone is sealed with resin. This gives the stone an added layer of protection while providing a gloss finish.

HOW TO ORDER:
1. View the listing photos to help decide which pendant you'd like on your necklace.
2. Using the drop down menu, select your pendant of choice.
3. Select the chain length from the drop down menu.

MULTIPLE STONE PENDANTS ON ONE CHAIN:
To order one necklace with multiple pendants, the stone necklaces must be purchased separately. To do this, select the stone you’d like, enter the initial, select a chain length, and then add to cart. Repeat the process with any other stones you’d like attached to the same necklace, and be sure to leave a Note To Seller requesting that they are attached to the same chain. If we do not receive a request to add them to the same chain, orders with multiple stone necklaces will be chained separately.

Here are some useful tips when considering this option:
-Our stone necklaces are designed to be worn with a solitary pendant. Because of this, the pendants do not lay flat when multiple are attached to the chain. Rather, it will have more of a multi-charm look.
-Each necklace is made to order, so we are not able to offer photos of the item before the item ships.

Another option is to purchase two necklaces in different lengths, for a layered look.

PACKING AND SHIPPING:
Please do not use the notes section of your order to relay time sensitive information (such as needing an address change). If you need to relay information regarding shipping, please message us directly. Requesting an arrival date in the notes section of your order does not guarantee it will arrive by that day, but we’ll do our best! In fairness to all of our customers, we are not able to bypass the processing time to ship any order ahead of schedule.

If you are under time restraints or live in an area where package theft is common, please choose an upgraded, insured shipping method at checkout, like USPS Priority Mail or USPS Priority Mail Express. Free USPS First Class Shipping on orders over $35 typically takes 5-7 business days to arrive after the processing time. First Class Shipping is not insured. FIRST CLASS INTERNATIONAL orders take approx. 2-6 weeks to arrive. However, transit times can vary GREATLY. Our arrival timelines have temporarily increased due to COVID-19 and the holiday season. Occasionally packages can be substantially delayed if held up at customs. We don't have any control over your country's customs officials, so please understand the risk of delay. We have had customers wait several months for items to arrive.

USPS PRIORITY MAIL INTERNATIONAL (6-10 business days) and USPS PRIORITY MAIL EXPRESS INTERNATIONAL (3-5 business days). These shipping times are estimates and we can not guarantee the delivery date.

If your package has not arrived, please reach out to your local post office / shipping facility with your tracking number. They will be able to provide additional insight that we are not able to see on our end. (Again, we see what you see!) If you selected an insured shipping method at checkout, your next step is to open a case with your local post office to be reimbursed for any lost / stolen packages.

Please note that Jill Makes will not be held responsible for an incorrect address provided by the customer at checkout. We are able to accommodate corrections if they are caught by the customer before the order ships.

If your item is shipped to the wrong address, we find that these packages are often returned to sender. If this is the case with your order, we will contact you once the item gets returned to us. You will then be held responsible for the cost of shipping the item to the correct address. (Typically $3-5 for domestic shipments, and prices vary for international shipping.)

We completely understand that you'd like your international order as soon as possible. We strongly recommend purchasing either USPS Priority Mail International (6-10 business days) or USPS Priority Mail Express International (the fastest international shipping option available). Both of these shipping methods are insured by USPS.

While we never want to disappoint our customers, we are not able to issue a refund once your order ships from our studio. If the order is returned to sender, we will refund your order minus the cost of shipping.
